Sachamoti Sago (Soaked)- 1 cup
Potato (Boiled & Meshed)- 2
cup
Big Onion (Chopped)- 1 cup
Green chillies (Chopped)- 4 tea

Ginger (Chopped)- 1/4 spoon
Chopped coriander leaves &
curry leaves-1/4 spoon
Butter- 2 spoon
Salt- to taste
cornflour- 1/2 cup
Dried bread crumps 1 cup
(crushed) Lemon juice 1 spoon
Oil for frying

Method:
Fry onion, ginger, chopped
chillies and mix with the cooked sago and meshed
potatoes. Add salt, butter, and lemon juice and
knead into dough. Make into balls and flatten it for
cutlet shape. Dip in to the cornflour & then
into the crushed bread crumps. Heat oil, deep fry
till golden brown colour. Serve hot.
