Method:
Soak
Sachamoti sago in water for 45 minutes. Cut the
vegetables into small pieces and boil it along with
green peas. Mix all the boiled vegetables and green peas
along with chilly powder and salt. Heat four-spoon oil
in a pan. Put mustardseeds into it. Get Sachamoti soaked
sago (Drain out water completely) and add it into the
pan after one minute. Add the ready vegetable mixture.
Mix them nicely and take it out. After cooling, make
required sizes of cutlets. Dip them in the resk flour
and roast it. Serve hot with Sauce.
