INGREDIENTS:
Sachamoti
sabudana- 1 cup
boiled
potatoes-2
chopped
onion-1[optional]
roasted
peanut[ grounded]-1 tbsp
chopped
ginger
chopped
green chilli
chopped
coriander
mustard
seeds
urad
dal-1/2 tsp
ghee
or oil
lemon
juice

METHOD:
soak
the sabudana. take a pan, heat oil and put mustard
seeds and urad dal and some curry leaves too. then add
chopped ginger,chopped green chillies and chopped
onions. fry. then add the chopped boiled potatoes and
fry for a while.
add
turmeric powder and salt and then the soaked sabudana.
cook this on low heat for about 5-7 mins. sprinkle the
peanuts. mix lemon juice and garnish with coriander
leaves.[ if using oil instead of ghee, add just a
little ghee in the end and mix.
